ABOUT THE SCHOOL

The Legge School of Natural Health Care was founded in 1992 by Philip and Mary Legge. The school offers correspondence courses, seminars and personal consultation. The goal of the school has always been to offer training in natural health care, using time proven methods that are simple and easy to apply in the area of fitness, health and nutrition.

We agree with Dr. Samuel Thompson who taught that the goal of health care should be to train people to be their own physician. 

The school has been registered with the Better Business Bureau for 20 years with an A+ rating, and operates on a not-for-profit basis. In order to make the courses and programs available free of charge to all students, the school is financially supported by Legge Fitness Superstores.

During the last 20+ years that the school has been offering courses, thousands of clients and students have benefited from the programs. The course material is constantly being updated as new research and technology becomes available.
